    • Manual Therapy: Techniques like joint mobilisation and soft tissue manipulation to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.

    • Education: Advice on posture, body mechanics, and lifestyle adjustments to prevent re-injury and support recovery.

    The ultimate goal of musculoskeletal physiotherapy is to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance the overall quality of life for individuals experiencing musculoskeletal conditions.

  • We offer advice and education, hands-on treatment, movement-based therapy and exercise, rehabilitation, acupuncture, cupping, and hydrotherapy.

  • At Trust Physio we know there is no-one size fits all approach, which is why we have an hour with you at your initial appointment, so we can take time to get to know you, your needs and plan your treatment according to your needs.

  • Please bear in mind that we will need to examine you, so if you are attending with an upper body issue, we recommend ladies wear a bra and if possible, a vest top. For the lower back and lower limb issues, shorts are ideal or clothing where we will be able to expose the area in order to assess it.

  • At present we are registered with AXA PPP,  AVIVA,  and WPA.

  • This will require you contacting them before you engage in physiotherapy as all insurance companies have different terms and conditions.

  • We accept cash, credit and debit cards, cheques or you can pay online by online banking.

  • No, Trust Physio is open to everyone, aged twelve onwards.

  • Trust Physio would recommend seeking treatment elsewhere for the following.

    -       Jaw issues

    -       Women’s pelvic health or pregnancy related issues

    -       Male’s pelvic health

    -       Scoliosis due to a structural disorder

    -       Some hand conditions

    -       Lymphoedema

  • Yes, at Trust Physio our Lead clinician and clinic owner Emma is registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), The Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP), Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP), Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and Aquatic Therapy Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (ATACP).

  • There are no guarantees as we are all so different, but we will always do the best we can to collaborate with you to get you the best results from your physiotherapy.

  • This is unique to everyone, but we promise to work with you at every session to help you on your journey to getting back to what you love doing.

  • For some recovery is smooth sailing for others it can be a bumpier ride.
